A few weeks after the conversation, Business Boosters sent Orexo a working demo — a fully configured corporate merch store, loaded with product, ready to walk through. No points obfuscation. No generic interface. Just a clean, branded store that Orexo could call its own. The demo was enough to move things forward fast.
Launched was the Orexo Company Store: a fully branded online destination designed to feel like a real store Orexo owned, not a vendor platform they were renting.
- A star-tier system instead of points — items grouped into 1, 2, and 3-star categories, with employees free to mix and match within their tier. Transparent, intuitive, and focused on the gift rather than its price.
- Quarterly catalog refreshes — Business Boosters curated new apparel, home goods, gear, and specialty items each quarter, with Orexo actively involved in selecting what made the cut. Most items were custom-embroidered or imprinted with the Orexo mark.
- Recognition tiers — Rising Star (1-year anniversary), All Star (5-year), Going the Distance (10-year), and Field Champ! for quarterly sales achievement.
- White-glove fulfillment — items shipped direct to employees, with premium packaging where appropriate and custom Orexo branding on every box.
Every order passed through a shared approval workflow before fulfillment, keeping Orexo in control without adding operational burden. And every box — no matter the tier — included a custom notecard bearing the signatures of the management team.
